The Purchaser hereby waives any and all notices of disposition of collateral and sale demanded beneath the Texas Company and Commerce Code. The Purchaser can also be chargeable for all other prices due hereunder, Besides any legal professional’s service fees incurred by RIAC, incidental damages, and almost every other damages incurred by RIAC.
